Account deletion

The short version: email us from the address on the account and we will delete it. There is a 14-day grace period in case you change your mind, then it is gone for good.

Subject line “Delete my account”, sent from the email address registered to the account, including your player name. We reply to confirm before anything is removed.

How it works

Step 1 Email us from the address on the account with your player name.

Step 2 We confirm it is really you, then schedule the deletion.

Step 3 14-day grace period — reply at any point in it to cancel.

Step 4 The account and its data are deleted, and we email you to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your login details, player name, progress, stats, cosmetic items, friends list, and any support correspondence tied to the account. Your email is also removed from pre-registration and update lists.

What we may keep

A minimal record of the deletion request itself, records of purchases where tax or accounting rules require it, and anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you. Where an account was banned, we keep enough to enforce that ban. Server logs rotate out on our host's normal schedule. Public chat and community posts you made elsewhere are governed by that platform.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent: progress and items cannot be restored. All purchases are final, so deleting your account does not refund anything you have bought — see Terms of service. Making a new account later starts from zero, and your old player name may not be available. If you only want to stop hearing from us, ask us to unsubscribe instead and keep the account.

Other requests
